Alana lives in Glasgow and enjoys singing and travelling as well as exploring Scotland. Alana has worked in the financial services industry since 2004 starting in Morgan Stanley and spent 10 years with Legal & General advising customers mainly within the Yorkshire Building Society offices throughout the East and West of Scotland.

Mark is a Director in the firm as well as being a fully qualified Independent Financial Consultant. He lives in Kilmarnock with his 2 sons, and has recently become a grandfather for the first time. He is a keen football fan and also likes to play pool. Mark has worked in the financial services industry for over 20 years, firstly with Liverpool Victoria Friendly Society before joining Legal & General in 2002 and advising customers in Yorkshire Building Society offices throughout the West of Scotland.
